1. What shipping methods do you use?

 

VIP Cuban Cigars ship all packages via Express Mail (Correos de España).



2. Where do the packages ship from?

 

All packages are ship from Canary Islands in Spain to any worldwide location.



3. How long will my order take to arrive at my location?

 

The delivery time estimated will vary depending on availability of an item and the country destination. The timeframes with full product availability will be the following.

Asia: 30 days.

Europe: 30 days.

America: 30 days.

VIP Cubans Cigars will have no responsibility in delays caused by Domestic Customs offices, regards foreign Customs procedures.

Every customer should be fully aware of their local customs procedures and taxations, and should therefore cover any additional costs in regards taxation issues.

 

4. Do I have to pay VAT taxes when I order?

 

No, if your delivery address is not in the EU Countries (European Union) you dont need to pay VAT Tax. But for the customers residing inside the EU the 14% VAT Tax will be added to your order.



5. To what countries does VIP Cuban Cigars ship?

 

We ship worldwide in sealed original boxes.



6. What guarantee do I have of receiving my package?

 

VIP Cuban Cigars offers the best guarantee. If after standard time of delivery the package has not been received, we will proceed with an investigation and reship your order or if preferred we will reimburse full amount of the order.

 

However, clients should be fully aware that delays may happen due to local customs procedures which are totally out VIP Cuban Cigars control.

 

All countries have different taxation systems, therefore VIP Cuban Cigars will not refund orders declined by the clients in order to avoid taxation. We are not responsible of Domestic Customs taxations.



7. What payment methods do you accept?

 

VIP Cuban Cigars offers only major and worldwide known credit cards, such as VISA and AMERICAN EXPERSS (MC only for existing customers). As well we accept Bank Transfer if requested by the customer.



8. How soon can I enjoy my cigars after receiving them?

 

VIP Cuban Cigars strongly recommends the stabilization process. As we all know tobacco is a living matter that gets stressed after transportation due to abrupt changes in humidity and temperature. Letting the cigars rest for at least 3 weeks in your humidor will guarantee a full recovery of taste, humidity, burn, draw and therefore maximize their quality. Not following this procedure may cause a loss of quality and taste.



9. How does VIP Cuban Cigars ship the packages?

 

We guarantee that all packages are going to be received not only in a timely manner but in perfect conditions. We use professional procedures in order to wrap and seal all packages and maintain freshness and prevention of possible damages.

 

All cigars are ship within their original boxes and with all original rings and stamps.



10. What is the minimum order amount allowed?

 

VIP Cuban Cigars allows you to order as little or as much boxes you want. The only thing that we do not offer is individual sticks.



11. Do you have a Wholesale program?

 

VIP Cuban Cigars has a Wholesale program for any customer who is interested.



12. What are the requirements for Wholesales Prices?

 

The minimum requirements to apply for our Wholesale Program are:

The Purchase must be over $2000 in the same order (Shipping cost included).

The order must have at least 50 cigars of the same type. For example, at least two boxes of 25 cigars each.



13. What happens if my cigars do not arrive?

 

The quoted times can change due to circumstances out of our control. If a shipment does not arrive within 20 business days, we will open an investigation and, if necessary, we will reship the package. We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We DO NOT reimbursed orders declined by customers that simply dont want to pay taxes. Once again, we can´t be fully aware of each Domestic Customs Office around the world.



14. Do I need to have any certificate to import cigars?

 

Every country has different policies, most countries don’t require any importation license, if the customs opens the package they will just inform you about the import fees that you will need to pay. We do recommend customers to inform themselves about their local customs policies and regulations.



15. What happens if I am not satisfied with the cigars you sent me?

 

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging for an immediate and full refund or exchange. All cigars should be returned in the same conditions you have received them.



16. I bought something from you that were delivered more than 30 days ago. Can I still return it?

 

We can only accept the return of items delivered more than 30 days ago if they're defective or faulty. You'll need to contact us via e-mail or phone.



17. I've returned my item. How soon will I receive my refund?

 

Depending on the refund option you chosen, refund time can vary. They can take up to 15 business days to appear in your statement.

If you returned the item to VIP Cuban Cigars at your own expense.



18. How do I return an item?

 

Please contact our Customer Service Team via e-mail or phone in order to receive instructions on who and where to return the package.



19. Does the color wrapper affect the taste of the cigars?

 

There is up to 70 different colors of the cigars. Cuban cigars have numerous wrapper colors. For example, the Montecristo No. 4, Habanos Cuban cigar is manufactured with dozens of wrapper color variations, from green, to claro, to brown, to brown turning dark or brown turning reddish to maduro and rarely oscuro (dark).

If you request a specific wrapper color when ordering, we will do our best to select the color you requested when possible. Concerning the selection that you have on hand, from light brown to dark brown, the tobacco blend of the Cuban cigar is the same regardless of the wrapper coloration. Wrapper coloration does not affect the power, the strength or the taste of any Habanos Cuban cigar (wrapper leaf accounts for 3% of the overall taste of your cigar). Remember the age of a cigar will have far more influence on the flavors and power of your cigar. A young Montecristo No.4 (0-6 months) does not taste, burn or have the same power as a Montecristo No.4 with 3 years of age just as as it will not taste, burn or have the same power as a Montecristo No.4 with 5 years of age.



20. Why is it that Cuban cigar prices vary so much from one cigar shop to another?

 

Many factors impact the pricing of Cuban cigars among the different web sites but the most common factor would be taxation and authorized suppliers pricing. Been a online Cuban cigar shop allows us to buy to many authorized suppliers worldwide, therefore to offer very competitive prices. 21. Some of the cigars are not easy to draw, what is the reason behind it?

 

The Cuban cigars have different quality as many of them are handmade. So it is different from the machine made cigars. Sometimes the rolling process is too tough so it rolled tightly. That’s why it became hard to draw. If you are experiencing this problem you can leave your cigar for couple of weeks in 16-18 degree Celsius. That can relieve you from this problem. To give you the natural taste and clean flavor this problem occurred in some of the cigars.
